Mulegé is an oasis town because, although it is in an eminently desert area, the connection with the river creates an estuary and a mini tropical enclave with mango, guava and orange trees. To this place full of charm we must add the spectacular beaches of Baja California Sur. It is an ideal spot for sport fishing. It is immersed in the El Vizcaino Biosphere Reserve.

How to get?
To get to Mulegé, the most practical way is to fly to La Paz and, from there, make the 500 km trip north, either in a rented vehicle or by bus.
Part of the charm of this place is the journey from the capital of Baja California Sur to Mulegé, since the scenery is spectacular and part of the way is along the coast of the Gulf of California through the famous Transpeninsular Highway, which runs from Cabo San Lucas to Tijuana, in the neighboring state of Baja California.
