Baja California Cup 2022

We invite you to experience the intensity of the sport fishing tournaments that the Baja California peninsula has to offer. Baja California Norte is present with the Baja California Cup and its four venues that will offer all anglers a great competition.

The International Sport Fishing Championship "BAJA CALIFORNIA CUP 2022" groups 4 tournaments:

The first one in San Luis Gonzaga on June 17 and 18.

The second in Bahia de los Angeles on July 29th and 30th.

The third in San Quintin on August 26th and 27th.

Fourth and grand final in Ensenada on September 23 and 24, the tournaments will be team tournaments.

The Championship will be won by the team that obtains the most accumulated points as a result of the total sum of its participations in each of the venues. Each team will have the right to present up to one surface species and one background species.

The championship will distribute more than $23,800 usd  in guaranteed prizes, in addition to raffles of sport fishing products for the participants.

The first places of each venue will obtain a pass to represent Baja California in the National Championship, organized by the Federación Nacional de Pesca Deportiva A.C. (National Federation of Sport Fishing).

Also, the General Champion will get a direct pass to the Bisbee's Offshore Tournament, in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur.

At nomonday we are convinced that the most important contribution a sport fisherman can make to the habitat of his fishing spot is by practicing catch and release. We invite you to adopt and respect this practice and promote it with all your fishing friends.
